FALL SPORTS

Indoor Basketball


This basketball program is adapted to provide enjoyment for all participants. Each week starts with basic skill training, including dribbling, passing, throwing, and shooting. Then, we finish with a game lasting about 20 minutes, during which players are encouraged to be good sports and include all teammates.

Boccia


This program features Boccia skills development in a fun atmosphere. It is for members who enjoy learning the rules and the challenge of competition. As players develop their skills, they’ll have the opportunity to compete at regional and provincial levels and beyond.

Gymnasium Bowling


This bowling program is adapted to provide enjoyment for all participants. Each week starts with basic skill training, including holding the ball, swinging, controlling speed, and positioning. Then, we finish with a 20-minute game, where everyone is encouraged to be good sports and support one another.

Floor Curling


Floor Curling is adapted from the version played on ice. Players use pushers or ramps to launch their stones across the floor, aiming for the targets on the other side. The goal is to get your stones as close to the centre ring as possible. In this game we encourage being social but you are only in competition with yourself if you choose!
